Please read carefully before you made the order :
1. Should you have queries regarding the product information, please refer to the official product website for details. No refund or exchange after products delivery.
2. The products which we sold should be authentic product and supply by Brand directly. Any warranty issues should be handled by brand of the product, please keep the email order confirmation for certification when you would like to apply warranty during 1-year FREE warranty except vandalism (except oversea pre-order items).
3. For stocks on hands, we will arrange delivery within 2 working days after full payment receipt (will not arrange delivery during Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday). Some of the stocks are included FREE delivery for SF station only, excluded delivery to residential/commercial address, SF delivery will request the customer to pay the delivery fee if delivery to residential/commercial address, the cost around HK$54-72, depends on the weight of products.
4. For oversea pre-order items, we will arrange delivery within 14-20 working days after full payment receipt. Please accept any delay of pre-order items due to delay shipment by sellers or custom issues, we cannot accept any refund request due to delay shipment issues.
We have details checking before delivery and we guarantee all products are brand new and authentic, please check the product immediately and inform us within product arrival date, otherwise we will treat it should be perfect product and no deflective issues.
No refund or product return after you paid for the order. We will not handle any product warranty or return issues, please note.
If stocks out, will full payment refund within 7 working days after wholesaler confirmation.

本店貨品寄出前已檢查清楚才寄出，順豐速運寄送商品時，請即日內檢查貨品,否則視為用戶收到的商品無瑕疵、無缺損。
付款後，不設退款或退貨。 本店不會提供售後保養及退貨事宜，請知悉。
如供應商缺貨，將於7個工作天內全數退款。
